    We offer international shipping to most countries. Delivery times and shipping rates will vary depending on the destination. Additional customs duties or taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time:
    Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM (local time) on weekdays or on weekends may be processed the next business day.

  • Business Days:
    Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • Delays:
    In cases of high order volume or external factors (such as weather, holidays, or other events), shipping may be delayed. We will notify you if your order is affected by such delays.


3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

    Once your order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that any address changes will be made. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@tinocarled.net. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes:
    We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure that your shipping address is a physical location.
