At TinoCarLED, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy below to understand your rights and the steps involved.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return products for a full refund or exchange if they meet the following conditions:
- Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) must be provided.
Note: Certain items may be non-returnable. Please check product-specific details on the website for exceptions.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@tinocarled.net or call (303) 730-6896 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Be sure to include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Package the Item: Carefully package the item(s) you are returning. Make sure all original packaging, accessories, and paperwork are included.
- Ship the Item: Send the item(s) to the return address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
- Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipping is not traceable.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Note: Refunds will not include shipping fees, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged products).
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact our customer service team for assistance. In most cases, we will process an exchange if the product meets the return criteria mentioned above. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the exchange will be processed once we receive the returned item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and offer you either a full refund or a replacement product at no additional cost. Please provide photos of the damage or defect when you contact us.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
- Custom or personalized items.
- Gift cards.
- Final sale or clearance items (marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase).
7. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Unless the item was damaged, defective, or we made an error in your order, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- Free Return Shipping: If we made a mistake with your order (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs. We will send you a prepaid shipping label upon request.
8. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are only able to cancel an order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order is in transit or delivered, we cannot cancel it. If you wish to return the item after receiving it, you must follow the standard return process.
